The Self-Power Range was initially intuitively created ahead of our first full Retreat in February 2014 and have since made it for a number of friends who have delighted in its smell and have felt more in their true power as a result. In January 2023, after having made the brand new Golden Healer Quartz Cluster and Magician’s Stone (Gold Sheen Obsidian) Elixirs, I was guided when making a Self-Power Set for a customer that these two plus the Tiger’s Iron Elixir needed to be added to the Self-Power Ingredients. Their addition has, I feel, made this -already powerful – set EVEN more “buzzing” with Self-Power, as you can see below by the information on these additional ingredients.

​Like all of my sets, it has been created with special Gem Essences to rebalance your true seat of power – your solar plexus - whilst also creating a link to the divine energy body through the high vibration stones used, particularly the Imperial Golden Topaz and the Heart and Obelisk Tiger's Eyes as these link the lower three chakras to the crown.

The specially blended Gem and Flower Essences in the Elixir, together with the intuitively blended aromatherapy oils of Bergamot, Rose Absolute & Jasmine Absolute also present in the Healing Cream and Energy Spray have been created to enable you to heal any issues around power in your life, and to activate your divine self-power.

It has been highly transformative for those who have used it. As a consequence of being loving to themselves, they have suddenly broken blocks that had been holding them back for years, and have sprung forward dramatically in their work and personal lives.

The Gem & Flower Essences used are:-
Imperial Golden Topaz No.1-4 - there are 4 Golden Topaz Essences, each made in antique cut-glass crystal bowls (befitting their “Imperial” heritage!). Self-Power contains all four. They are said to recharge you spiritually & physically, linking you to the highest universal forces! When drinking the elixir, I feel my lower three chakras come back into balance, before shooting golden energy up to my crown chakra & aligning all points in-between. The great news is that these wonderful stones are also known to strengthen your liver, gall bladder & endocrine system!
Heart/Obelisk Tiger's Eye - This Elixir was made with two Tiger's Eye hearts – one large and flat and the other smaller and fuller, together with a beautiful small but perfectly formed Tiger's Eye Obelisk. It is known for linking the lower chakras with the higher spiritual realms, resulting in a high vibrational energy. For me, I always feel that on an energetic level, Tiger's Eye brings all aspect of our physical, mental and spiritual planes into balance and enables us to truly believe in ourselves and our many unique talents. It is also another of the great protector stones, traditionally worn to keep away ill-wishes and curses
Red Ocean Jasper – and its counterpart, Green Ocean Jasper, are arguably the most phenomenal healing gemstones I have ever had the pleasure to encounter! They balance all aspects of the body, mind & emotions. These two gem essences were created with very special stones – all-round healers!
The new Red Ocean Jasper I made in April 2015 is made with three exceptionally beautiful stones, which not only have red in them, but also deep green and white ocean jaspers as well. They are all beautiful orb-shaped pieces and have a stunningly gentle vibration. The Red Ocean Jasper is in the Self-Power Constellation because it is very grounding. This, together with the green (heart) and white (crown) elements within the stones bring all aspects of the etheric energy body into balance.
Citrine - This beautiful stone carries the energy of the sun; healing and bringing into balance our three lower earth-based chakras – Base; Sacral and Solar Plexus, enabling us to act from a position of the “SELF” in all our dealings with others – being truly in our divine power here on earth. It is the most cleansing of stones & is used to clear negative energies from other gemstones.
As an elixir, Citrine clears our physical and emotional bodies of negative traits and energies both from ourselves and others that we may have “picked up” over the years. As it is also a stone of abundance, in Elixir form, it aligns our Divine Self's “knowing” that we deserve abundance in all forms with our lower ego-self that may have created unconscious blocks to attaining wealth in all areas of our lives;
Tiger's Iron – When I first saw this stone, I was enchanted by it! Each one is slightly different in appearance and every stone that I held in my palm had a different, tingling energy about it. In the end I was drawn to five specific stones with which to make the Elixir. Tiger's Iron is found in Australia and is an amazing combination of Hematite; Red Jasper and Golden Tiger's Eye, resulting in a naturally stripy stone; truly magical! They are fabulous at not only overcoming negative patterns of behaviour, but also protecting us from absorbing other people's negative energies and situations. I have personally used the stone when meditating as I find it takes me to a higher level of awareness, shutting out the chattering of the ego-mind! I have made the elixir into a special spray to dissipate negative energies and act as a general barrier disallowing strangers' energies into my aura when in London, where the energy levels can become rather exhausting!
Golden Healer Quartz Cluster – This particular crystals was gifted to me by a dear customer, who purchased it from magical people who collected it by hand, from Crystal Mountain in Mid-Wales, UK. As soon as I held the stone to me, I felt immediately transported to the centre of the mountain, in a beautiful cave, where Merlin and the Angels were waiting for me. It was very powerful, indeed, and lived up to its reputation as the “Master Healer Stone”. I was guided that I needed to make a brand new Elixir from this at the end of December 2022, and allow it to build its power over into the New Year, when it was finalised into an elixir. I have worked with my own beautiful Golden Healer Quartz, smoothed into an elongated “egg” shape, for many years, and so to receive this one, was truly magical. Its benefits include the ability to align chakras and magnify the flow of energy through the body. According to many people, this stone helps to activate energy centres and improve your ability to manifest what you're seeking. It also helps you to connect more fully with your highest self – your “God/Goddess” Essence. It is fabulous, also, for enabling you to break free of destructive habits or recurring situations, or pull yourself out of an energetic rut: golden healer quartz’s metaphysical properties can help restore courage and improve your determination to succeed. The golden colour is made from inclusions in clear quartz, from iron deposits. I feel that its energy point goes straight to the centre of your solar plexus, then sends rays of light into all parts of the body, bringing it into full alignment and self-power. For this reason, I have added it into the Self-Power Range.
Gold Sheen Obsidian (The “Wizard’s Stone”) – This beautiful stone was sent as a gift to me by a dear customer, in December 2022. I was guided by it that it needed to be made into a Gem Elixir, at the end of that month. The energy of it is phenomenal. I was equally guided when making a new set of Self-Power in early January 2023, that this stone, and the new Golden Healer Quartz Cluster, also made into Gem Elixir at the same time, needed to be added into the ingredients. On reading up about this stone, I discovered that the energy centre it is associate with is the Solar Plexus (synonymous with the Self-Power Range’s properties: to bring this centre into perfect alignment!). Gold Sheen Obsidian is a stone of magic, known in ancient times as the Wizard’s Stone. The beautiful gold sheen is a result of gas getting trapped in the glass as it rapidly solidifies. Gold Obsidian helps us dive deep within to face our deepest fears, and traumas at their root. Physically, as it is a stone of rebirth The Wizard’s Stone is believed to stimulate fertility helping people with depleted libido. By balancing mind chemistry it can help relieve anxiety, depression, and mental disorders. Obsidian is a powerful healer because it is able to reverse damage done to cells. By regenerating stem cells the body boosts the function of bone marrow which increases blood health and affects all systems in the body, mainly the heart, and other muscles. Its cellular regeneration enhancing capabilities aids in soft tissue regeneration helping with accelerated recovery of wounds, sprains, and bruising.
