Rose Quartz

Rose Quartz is known as the stone of Unconditional Love and Infinite Peace.  Its huge gift to humanity is to teach us all about the true essence of love.  It is therefore considered the most important crystal for the heart (physically and emotionally) as well as the higher heart chakra.

One of its many attributes is that it purifies and opens the heart on all levels, bringing in deep inner healing and self-love.  Its calming and reassuring qualities are utterly perfect for use in trauma or crisis.   This is because it helps to release unexpressed emotions and heartache, as well as transmuting emotional conditioning that no longer serves you.

Rose Quartz soothes inernalised pain and heals deprivation, gently drawing off negative energy and replacing it with loving vibes.  So, holding a piece of Rose Quartz on your Thymus Point,your Higher Heart Point, where we feel and hold any emotions, negative as well as positive), will allow you to surrender to its unconditional healing love, mopping up any trapped trauma; stress; deep hurt or feelings of betrayal (from others). Additionally, placing a Rose Quartz on your Thymus Point aids chest and lung problems.  [To locate your Thymus Point, make a fist, and place it on the central (indentation) point of your collarbone, with the side of your thumb at the top.  Just below your little finger at the bottom, is your Thymus Point (instructions given by "the Angels" when I asked them to let me know so I could give instructions!]

One of the first High Vibration Constellation Sets I created, was the Love Light Joy Range (Elixir; Energy Spray and Healing Cream).  Rose Quartz is the representative for "LOVE".  The Energy Spray also contains Bulgarian Rose Water, as well as a uniquely complex blend of essential oils, of which Bulgarian Rose Absolute is, of course a part!  When I created the concept of a range called Love Light Joy,,I was influenced (unconsciously at the time!) by the work of the Kinesiologist, Dr David Hawkins and his book Power v Force.  

What is Power v Force?    It is a Logarithmic Table from 1 - 1000.  Anything above 500 (the vibration of LOVE) is the representation of "TRUE POWER", and is often referred to as "Love & Above".  Anything below is "FORCE", which are lower vibrational frequencies, such as guilt; anger; manipulation; fear; apathy etc.   Its logarithmic nature refers to the concept that the higher up the vibrational scale, the power of the vibration far exceeds its actual number.  Thus, if you had five people all vibrating at 500, and sending that energy into the world energetically all at the same time, this would exponentially counteract a vibration of 50, for example, which is Anger, and not only neutralise it, but eradicate it, particularly if the vibrational frequency of Love was being directed at a group of individuals or a region surrounded by Anger, in this instance; hence, if you are holding a vibration of Love & Above, there is no way any negativity can get in.  This is why, I feel, Rose Quartz is so powerful.  

So, Rose Quartz is the representative of "LOVE", with a vibration of 500/1000.  The other two crystals in this range, are Rainbow Quartz (representing LIGHT, which is the representative of Divine Light of the Angels (1000), and my exquisite South African Jade Green Heart crystal is actually the Stone of Joy, so is the representative of JOY in the range.  The vibrational frequency of JOY is 540 / 1000.

Self-Love.  With its abilities to bring in the energy of unconditional love and infinite peace, the Rose Quartz enables you to heal yourself from self-destructive behaviours born out of a lack of self-love.  By being able to love yourself, this means that you can then truly love another fully; unconditionally and from a place of pure compassion, rather than out of a need for self, or to make you feel better because you need outside reassurance that you are ok.  Once you love yourself fully, you no longer require that kind of validation, and you will find that your relationships with everyone improve hugely. 

Protecting Your Home From the East

Did you know that Rose Quartz is associated with Archangel Chamuel?  Archangel Chamuel's colour is Pink, and his protective direct is in the East.

I have my home gridded internally on the middle floor with special crystals in teh North, East, South and West directions; thus, in the East, which happens to be my bathroom, I have for many years had a beautiful soft, flat, rounded piece of Rose Quartz on the window sill above my bath, and have always had Archangel Chamuel protecting the East of my home.  A few years ago, I was guided to set up the above configuration, with Celestine and Bismuth on either side, as well as my Rose Quartz Obelisk Pillar.  It not only creates a beautiful focal point as you enter the bathroom, but also instils a lovely sense of peace and tranquility: ideal for bathing; showering and abluting! 

Higher Self Circle
Originally, this rounded piece of Rose Quartz was one of four specially selected crystals for when I felt the need to commune with someone's Higher Self, particularly if I wasn't "getting through" on the Earth Plane.  So, I would "go up a level", and have a chat with that person on the higher plane, and the message / energy would gradually filter down to their human Ego-Self, and help to heal whatever situation needed healing.  This can also be used if you are wishing to tune into someone's Higher Self if they are poorly and in need of healing. 

I do still practice my "Higher Self" Circle communications from time-to-time.  All four crystals grid my house, so effectively I can, at any time in any part of the house, "activate" the Higher Self Circle and have a chat with whoever it is I need to on that level.

I created a diagram and instructions years ago for a few people who wished to set this up themselves, and so, if you feel this is useful, please do follow the instructions below.  You can also use this set-up for gridding your home, as well as for carrying out a Healing or Moon Ritual anywhere. - inside or out in nature. 

How to Set up your Higher Self Circle:-
 
Find a sacred place, either in your home or your garden. 

Gather together and put in place:-

• · 5  Tealight Candles
• · Amethyst /stone/bone or some earth etc for Earth - North
• · Rose Quartz /Incense for Air - East
• · Amethyst /Red Candle/Candle Holder  for Fire -  South
• · Clear Quartz & a bowl of Water for Water - West
• · Clear Quartz//Buddha/White Candle for Centre

 
Moving in a clockwise direction  starting with NORTH  (face the direction) light each tealight candle and  say
 
“I welcome  (the element /object);  Archangel .....; Goddess ...... And Power Animal ...... To this circle.  I thank you for protecting me whilst I carry out this ceremony”
 
Then go to the centre of the circle and give thanks to Buddha; Your Higher Self   and crystal and say  similar words to above. 
 
Finish by facing North. Then start your meditation/ceremony/ritual etc.  You can also call in anyone who may wish to connect and  then face south towards them.   If you need to leave the circle , “open” a door and close behind you then do the same when returning.
 
To Close your Circle:-
 
Start at West and go round anti-clockwise finishing at North,  saying:-
 
“Thank you (element/object); Archangel....; Goddess.... & Power Animal for being here today to protect and guide me.
I am very grateful as I close this circle.”
 
Then blow out each candle in turn and remove all objects and crystals and keep these safe for the next time.
