Why Magical Rejuvenation?
This Range was originally created in early December 2014, as there were a great number of upper respiratory tract infections at the time, and I felt drawn to make a new Constellation — which I called Magical Rejuvenation. Since that time it has proved exceptionally effective and popular! It is designed to bring the body back to full health, whether from colds or flus, toothache, mouth ulcers, upset stomachs or intestines, or general lurgy. It can also be used as a preventative.
The Three Elements
The Elixir is the only one in the Range made in spray form. It is designed to be sprayed directly into your mouth, either onto your tongue or, more ideally if you are suffering from a sore throat, directly onto the back of your throat. A minimum of three squirts into your mouth morning and night would be a good general rule of thumb, with more being taken in acute conditions.
The Energy Spray has, in addition to the Gem and Flower Essences, Lavender, Lemon and Sage aromatherapy oils in it. These oils have great anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antiseptic properties, as well as being uplifting and calming between them. This is for you to spray around your energy field, to not only keep you free of bugs, but also to revitalise you. It is also useful to spray round the house, to clear the energy and remove any lingering bugs from the environment.
The Healing Cream also contains Lavender, Lemon & Sage, and can be used anywhere, including your face. When used on your neck and chest, the healing properties of the aromatherapy oils and the Gem and Flower Essences will be absorbed through the skin, helping your body to repair and heal itself.
The Gem & Flower Essences Used
Wild Violets
Wild Violets stimulate the lymphatic glands, helping the body get rid of bacteria and other toxins. It is especially useful for swollen glands. Over time, Violets can help clear stubborn problems like eczema, psoriasis, and acne. Taking Violet after a long winter is a wonderful way to get your body ready for a healthy and energetic spring.
Violet also supports the immune system, helping to clear infections of all kinds. It is known as one of the most effective flowers and herbs for treating upper respiratory tract infections. It is both soothing and cooling, and helps reduce fever and inflammation.
The Flower Essence I made is from Wild Violets gathered from my garden. Its wider use has been very effective in repairing muscles and reducing and removing cysts and other anomalies, as well as being very effective as a Cancer healer.
Green Ocean Jasper
One of the most phenomenal healing gemstones in the EJHE collection. On a physical level it cleanses and eliminates toxins and poisons through the lymphatic system; is a liver tonic; anti-inflammatory; detoxifies the body; and benefits the digestion. It strengthens the immune system and supports rejuvenation and regeneration — connecting to the Heart Chakra.
Green & Purple Fluorite
For those who have used my Green Fluorite Elixir, they have found it exceptionally powerful in clearing the digestive system of unnecessary physical baggage. This physical “expulsion”, I feel, is due to this stone's innate ability to clear our physical, mental and emotional bodies of fixed ideas and blockages of all kinds. Often our bodies “hold on” to physical waste when we are holding onto outmoded thoughts and emotions, or anger, fear or dissatisfaction with our lives, and so this stone works on a multi-dimensional level to remove all blockages, which then consequently enables our bodies to expel that which we are physically holding onto as well. Purple Fluorite links our physical body to the Angelic Realm through the Crown Chakra.
Cleavers Dark & Cleavers Macerated
Cleavers Elixir is phenomenal at removing toxins from the lymphatic system, which is why it is in the Magical Rejuvenation Constellation. It is also alterative (a blood purifier), anti-inflammatory, astringent, diuretic, tonic and vulnerary. A valuable diuretic, it is often taken to treat skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis. It is also a general detoxifying agent in serious illnesses such as cancer.
Elderflower
Elder as a plant is one of the most phenomenal healing plants, valued by the 17th Century Herbalist John Evelyn, who wrote in 1664: “If the medicinal properties of its leaves, bark, and berries were fully known, I cannot tell what our country men would ail for which he might not fetch a remedy from every hedge either for sickness or wounds.” This reason alone was enough for it to be in the Magical Rejuvenation Constellation.
Another reason is because its flowers, whether dried or as an Essence, are also known to be an “eliminator” of toxins from the body, encouraging the body to eliminate all kinds of “waste” and bugs from your system.
Self-Heal
Gathered from my own chemical-free lawn. Treats wounds, mouth ulcers and liver complaints; anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic. As Culpeper wrote: ‘When you are hurt, you may heal yourself.’
South African Jade Green Heart
Brings balance into the heart; emanates peace and tranquillity; a stone of joyous love. Its inclusion here gently restores peaceful joyousness in place of the irritability and low spirits that so often accompany being unwell.
Black Amethyst
A very rare specimen from India. Amethyst is believed to be the most protective of stones, and it also aligns all aspects of the mind — both calming and stimulating as appropriate — balancing out any scattered energy to enable clarity of thought; relieves insomnia; balances out highs and lows, bringing in emotional centring, dispelling all negative emotions, such as anger, fear and anxiety. Extremely spiritual, it opens and enhances our intuition, and connection to the divine, encouraging us to be selfless and in-tune with our own innate inner wisdom. Black Amethyst carries the deeper, grounding end of this protection — rooting these qualities firmly into the physical body, which is exactly what is needed when you are feeling run-down or unwell.
Lavender Amethyst
One of the most protective and spiritual of stones, Lavender Amethyst carries the same gifts as its darker sister — aligning all aspects of the mind, calming and stimulating as appropriate, balancing scattered energy to enable clarity of thought, relieving insomnia, and dispelling negative emotions such as anger, fear and anxiety. Where Black Amethyst grounds and roots, Lavender Amethyst carries these same properties up into the higher, more Angelic realms — lighter and more ethereal in its vibration, lifting the spirit and connecting us to guidance from above at exactly the moments illness or exhaustion can make us feel most cut off from it.
Bugleweed
Bugleweed is believed to help a number of conditions. For respiratory health, due to its high anti-inflammatory properties, it is said to relieve respiratory distress, such as excessive coughing, shortness of breath, and sore throats. It can soothe the respiratory tracts and eliminate irritation, while also helping to expel phlegm and mucus, where bacteria and other pathogens can develop.
It is also believed that it may interact with your body's hormones, helping to balance your Circadian rhythms and promote healthy rest. It may also help heal cuts — applying Bugleweed extract topically may promote rapid healing, as its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects can promote cell growth, prevent infection, and reduce pain and inflammation. This is particularly relevant to the Healing Cream in this Range, which can be used directly on cuts and grazes — working alongside the Lavender, Lemon and Sage essential oils, which bring their own antiseptic properties to the same task.

Gorse
Reconnects the soul to the personality, helping to rekindle faith and hope — offering a “shocking shot of adrenalin” to lift spirits and encourage the conviction that recovery is possible, at exactly the point when feeling unwell can make that hardest to believe.
Mullein
One of the longest-standing respiratory herbs in Western herbal tradition, used for centuries to support the lungs and airways. Mullein's mucilage soothes irritated respiratory tissue, while its saponin content has documented expectorant action, helping to loosen and clear mucus from the airways.
Please note: as with Bugleweed, safety and efficacy data for Mullein in pregnancy is lacking, so as a precaution it is not recommended in pregnancy. If you are pregnant, please let us know at checkout so this can be excluded from your preparation.

• All Elixirs are preserved in a Shungite and Bloodstone Crystal-Energised, Puure-filtered Water and Raspberry Vodka combination. The water is first purified through Emily Jane's Puure Filter System, which removes over 150 contaminants including microplastics, chlorine and heavy metals — creating an exceptionally pure, high-vibration base for every elixir.
• Additional ingredients in the Energy Spray — Polysorbate 20 (from Coconut) as an emulsifier, and Shungite and Bloodstone Crystal-Energised Puure-filtered Water.

Every ingredient in the Magical Rejuvenation Range was chosen intuitively, and later checked for its efficacy for the specific conditions it is intended to support.
